Refund and Repair Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us right away. Otherwise, all sales are final. Exchanges or store-credit are available if there is a defect in the product or you are not happy with your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, please email Elisa@elisamaree.com within 30 days of your invoice/receipt date. Items returned after 30 days will not be processed. The return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
If you purchased your jewelry from a retail shop, you must contact the shop you purchased from and see their store policy
Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items:
- All earrings are final sale for hygienic reasons.
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items that have been discounted at 40% on or more.
- Special Orders
We guarantee our pieces for 90 days from date of purchase against defects. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If you need a repair after 90 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge (quoted per repair) plus shipping & handling of $12.50.
