Returns/Exchanges 

If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us right away. Otherwise, all sales are final. Exchanges or store-credit are available if there is a defect in the product or you are not happy with your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, please email Elisa@elisamaree.com within 30 days of your invoice/receipt date. Items returned after 30 days will not be processed. The return shipping costs are at the customers expense.

If you purchased your jewelry from a retail shop, you must contact the shop you purchased from and see their store policy

Repairs

We guarantee our pieces for 90 days from date of purchase against defects. We reserve the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. If you need a repair after 90 days, we are happy to repair your piece for an additional charge (quoted per repair) plus shipping & handling of $12.50.

Jewelry Repair - How to Fix an Earring Clasp

An earring clasp that won’t connect is a common issue that can happen with natural wear- especially in a Huggie or a hoop. 

The good news is that this is a simple fix, and you can do it at home with just a pair of needle-nose pliers. Alternatively, you might even be able to achieve this with your thumb. Here's what you need to do.

1. Take your needle-nose pliers and gently squeeze ever so slightly on the clasp or post.
2. If you prefer, you can use your thumb to apply gentle pressure to tweak the post back into place.
3. With a little time and effort, you'll feel it click right back into position.
