Order Lead Time
- Your order will ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified.
- Pre-order items will ship within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified.
If you would like your order rushed, please contact us at Elisa@elisamaree.com and we will do our best to prioritize your order. Otherwise, it can take 8-12 business days to receive your items from the day it is shipped within Canada.
*IMPORTANT* Ensure your address is correct and accurate. As soon as your order is shipped your jewelry is in the hands of the postal service and an incomplete address will be subject to another shipping charge for reshipping.
- We are not able to cancel or change your order once you have received your order confirmation.
- Orders over $100.00 may require a signature at delivery
- If you have not received your order within 20 business days after you have received your order confirmation, please contact us at Elisa@elisamaree.com
Elisa Maree Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking states that the item has been delivered. Elisa Maree Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
*If your package is sent back to Elisa Maree Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.*

- Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. - The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
- Elisa Maree Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues or technical when shipping internationally.
- All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- We can only provide approximate delivery times for international shipments. However, there can be delays depending on your countries postal system, customs, etc. so firm dates is not guaranteed or provided.
